Important!
Customers have right to one year of free upgrades after the system has been acquired. After this year, a valid license agreement is needed for upgrades. It is not possible to upgrade to a newer version without a valid license agreement.

The new UMC 3D software will run on GeoROG hardware with serial numbers 6-00341 and higher. Note that for GeoROG units with serial numbers between 6-00341 and 6-00650 inclusive, the RAM chip has to be increased from 64k to 128k, and this update has to be performed at SBG.

Upgrading to UMC 3D software on GeoROG V6 units, requires that the internal flash cards be replaced. This can be done by Scanlaser dealers according to instruction from SBG.
