The WLAN technique allows many units to connect the network and communication occurs between the connected machines with machine control computers.
What is WLAN
WLAN, Wireless Local Area Network, a standardized technology for high-speed wireless data communication in local network environments. The idea is to avoid cables and permanent installations in the local network. In a wireless network it is able to move within the covered area without loosing any contact with the network. The range is between 400 m to 5 km depending on equipment.
