Inform us which product the support concerns Geo, GeoPad or GeoRog.
To be able to give you fast support it helps if you have the following information, before contacting us:
- Serial number (Geo = hardware lock number, GeoPad = Not needed, GeoRog = Serial number)
- Software version (Geo = Help About, GeoPad = About GeoPadCE, GeoRog = Lower right corner on the main screen)
- Operating system (Geo = Ex. Windows XP, GeoPad = PocketPC or CE.Net, GeoRog = Linux version Penguin Lower right corner on the main screen)
- A description of the problem
In special cases, for example when you know that you will need support outside working hours please inform us and we will try to arrange the support for you.
